Difflugia lobostoma parasitism

I found this Difflugia lanceolata specimen in 2021, in the mud of a shallow pond. A parasite is present in the posterior part of the shell. The video shows its movement, probably by means of a flagellum. That’s all I could find out, it’s not a rotifer.
