Diagnosis: Test in the shape of a halved egg with a gracefully rounded tip and slightly trampled walls at the bottom, where there is a wide entrance opening. Dual-contour walls of the test are completely transparent and slightly grainy.

Dimensions: 15 µm x 15 µm.

Ecology: Freshwater, Found in small quantity in the well Mamed-Yar, Turkmenistan.
