Genus Physochila Jung, 1942

Diagnosis: shell pyriform, slightly compressed, surface with indentations and covered with siliceous exogenous plates; aperture more or less circular, with an recurved collar. Nucleus ovular.
Type species. Physochila griseola (Penard, 1911)
