Specimen filled with fungal spores

Pellita spec.

I found this Pellita species in a sample from dry moss on a tree in Gooilust, the Netherlands. It looks like a Cochliopodium species, but scales were not visible. The specimens were filled with fungal spores. Because of these food particles a nucleus could not be observed. The edge of the cell showed a small double contour. The hyaline zone contained a number of granules.
The generic identity of this species was established by Alexey Smirnov (pers. comm., 2023).
