Diagnosis: Locomotive form irregular, but more or less oval; L/B 1.1-2.2; length 165 – 360 µm or more. Branching only when changing direction. Surface with wrinkles. Numerous nuclei, around 100 to 200 per cell; nucleus with several several nucleoli.

Habitat: Freshwater.
