Velamentofex tyrolensis Völcker and Clauß, 2020

April 2022, I found two specimens in a sample from the pond in Crailoo, Netherlands. I could only observe one nucleus, about 6 um in diameter. Both specimens sheltered in a dead algae. Based on the their behavior and the structure of the nucleus they might belong to V. tyrolensis.
