Planhoogenraadia elegans Bonnet, 1979

Diagnosis: Shell colorless, elongated ovoid. Ventral side flat. Pseudostome close to the anterior end, at 1/6 of the length. Apertural invaginations between body and visor fairly shallow. Shell covered with siliceous xenosomes.

Dimensions: Length 61.0 µm; width 29.9 µm; height 28.9 µm; depth of the invagination 1/4 to 1/3 of the dorso-ventral distance (height) (n=18) .

Ecology: Forest soil.

Geographical distribution: Nepal and Papua New-Guinea.
