Nebela dydevallei Van Oye, 1953

Diagnosis: Shell ovoid in broad view, slightly elongated, somewhat resembling Nebela collaris in general shape. Shell transparent, yellowish-brown, composed of irregular polygonal plates. Aperture linear in broad view.

Dimensions: Shell length 43—53 µm; width 37—38 µm.

Habitat: Sphagnum mosses (pH = 4.2–6).

Geographical distribution: Belgium.

Remarks: The taxonomic position of this species is questionable (Kosakyan et al., 2025).
