Remarks: In October 2025 and March 2026, six specimens were found in dry Sphagnum growing in a newly restored section of an old peatland near the town of Bussum, the Netherlands.
Compressed specimen with cytoplasm extruding from the cell, revealing nuclei (n) and numerous oblong crystals (white dots).
