Basionym: Nebela galeata var. orbicularis Deflandre, 1936
Diagnosis: Shell circular or nearly circular, with a short neck; aperture bordered by a thin organic lip.
Dimensions: Deflandre (1936): shell length 166–208 µm; width 140–170 µm.
Ecology: Very wet green mosses and Sphagnum.
Distribution: Europe; North Korea.
