Centropyxiella platystoma   Golemansky, 1981

Diagnosis: Shell elongated, with plagiostome, dorso-ventrally compressed and with rounded fundus. Pseudostome circular or slightly oval, with broad visor. This visor is much broader than the test. Ventral side is flat, dorsal part is curved. Shell covered with flat and polymorph xenosomes and idiosomes

Dimensions: Length 45-64 µm; width 22-31 µm; thickness 14-19 µm; aperture 13-18 µm; visor 28-38 µm.

Ecology: Marine. Black Sea, Bulgaria.
