Cyclopyxis bacillifera Chardez, 1966

Diagnosis: Shell small, circular in plan, in profile below hemisphere. The surface is completely covered with leaves of diatoms. The mouth is more or less round, located on a flattened abdominal surface.

Dimensions: The diameter of the shell is 32–40 µm, the height of the shell is 20–22 µm, the diameter of the aperture 13–14 µm.

Ecology: Freshwater, Belgium.
