Cryptodifflugia psammophila   (Golemansky, 1970) Bobrov & Mazei, 2017
Syn.: Difflugiella psammophila Golemansky, 1970

Diagnosis: Shell small, pyriform, pointed aborally, oval in transverse section; transparent, colorless; covered with sparse sand grains. Aperture circular.

Dimensions: Shell length 20–24 μm; shell width 12–14 μm; aperture diameter 4–5 μm.

Ecology: Marine psammon.

Distribution: Baltic Sea; Black Sea; Mediterranean Sea; Caribbean Sea; Atlantic Ocean; Pacific Ocean.
