Diagnosis: Shell ovoid, oblong, narrowing to the aperture into a distinct neck; shell wall chitinoid, covered with some small xenosomes; aperture circular; nucleus vesicular; small long digipodia present.

Dimensions: My measurement 14 µm

Habitat: Freshwater

Remarks: I have found this new species in a shallow mesotrophic pond in Crailoo, Hilversum.
