Cyclopyxis arboricola Chardez, 1974

Diagnosis: Shell strongly and regularly curved, hemispherical, with a thick wall of yellow-greenish chitin. Shell covered with folds forming a kind of geometric network over the entire dome of the test. Pseudostome small, circular, slightly invaginated.

Dimensions: According to Chardez (1974): Shell diameter 85—90 µm; height 40—48 µm; pseudostome diameter 10—12 µm.

Habitat: Soil. On dead leaves of trees.

Distribution. Belgium, Zaire.
