Cyclopyxis pseudolaevigata Van Oye, 1952

Diagnosis. Shell flattened, in lateral view resembling an oblong ovoid. Aperture not invaginated, with a collar of fine mineral particles.

Dimensions: Shell diameter 73—83 µm; aperture 30—40 µm.

Ecology. Freshwater.

Geographical distribution: Rio Piscao in Orinoco and laguna Mucubaji in the Andes at 3600 m a.s.l., Venezuela.
