Difflugia exigua Schönborn, 1966

Diagnosis: Shell cylindrical, elongated, transparent, rounded in cross section, the sides of the fundus almost parallel to each other, only towards the aperture slightly narrowing. Pseudostome round. Shell sparingly covered with mineral grains.

Dimensions: Schönborn (1966): Shell length 30 µm; width 12 µm.

Habitat: Freshwater. Sweden.
