Difflugia romanovskyi  Stepanek, 1967

Diagnosis: Shell almost spherical with a wide lip, at the fundus with a short, broad, and blunt outgrowth. Pseudostome circular and encircled by an outwardly curved collar.

Dimensions: Stepanek (1967): Shell length 105 µm; width 77 µm; pseudostome diameter 42 µm; length of the spike 14 µm; width of the spike 21 µm.

Ecology: Freshwater.
