Centropyxis invaginata  Schoenborn, 1966

Diagnosis: Shell wedge-shaped and broadly oval when viewed from above. Hyaline, without spines and completely covered with quartz particles. In front of the pseudostome there is a semi-circular ring of quartz plates. The pseudostoma is circular and shows a wide intussusception.

Dimensions: Length 100.0-150.0 µm, width 70.5-102.5 µm, height 30.2-60.8 µm (n=5).

Habitat: Litoral sediment of the Vuolep Njakajaure (Sweden).
