Centropyxis maxima  Chardez, 1984

Diagnosis: Shell regularly ovoid, with circular non-invaginated pseudostome, embedded with flat mineral grains and the fundus also covered with non-flattened mineral grains.

Dimensions: Length 197-306 µm; width 165-170 µm; thickness 148-150 µm; aperture 72-75 µm.

Ecology: Freshwater. Etang des Sarrazines, Luxembourg, Belgium.
