Edge of the aperture covered with large, flat and square mineral particles. Ventral side of the shell bends inwards at the front and slightly backwards, but soon it bends forwards again and forms a large, bulging arch that runs out and ends at about 3/5 of the depth of the shell, leaving only a narrow connection between the front part the aperture and the rear part of the shell itself.

Dimensions: Length 93 µm, width 76 µm, aperture 42 x 26 µm, edge of the aperture 8 µm wide. The aperture barrier protrudes into the shell opening as a 5 µm long outgrowth of the rear edge of the shell opening.
